1. General Policy
All products sold on Crystalsutraa are thoroughly checked, packed securely, and dispatched after quality verification. Due to the natural and spiritual nature of crystals, slight differences in color, texture, shape, size, inclusions, or patterns are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
As many crystals and spiritual products may be cleansed, energized, Reiki charged, or intention programmed before dispatch, we maintain strict hygiene and energetic handling standards.
Therefore, exchanges or returns are accepted only under limited and genuine circumstances mentioned below.
2. Eligible Reasons for Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or replacement only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Missing product in package
- Manufacturing defect
- Product significantly different from what was ordered
To qualify for exchange or replacement:
- The request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
- Product must remain unused and in original packaging.
- Original invoice, tags, accessories, and packaging must be preserved.
- A proper unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, missing, or wrong product claims.
Without an unboxing video, claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries may not be accepted.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To maintain transparency and avoid fraudulent claims, customers must record a proper and uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package condition
- Shipping label details
- Complete package opening process
- Product received inside the parcel
The video should start before opening the package and must not contain any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
This video is mandatory for claiming:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Wrong product received
No Video = No Claim
Claims related to damaged, missing, tampered, or incorrect products without a proper continuous unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Customized or personalized products
- Reiki charged or energized crystals
- Customized bracelets or malas
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, clearance, or promotional offers
- Gift cards or digital products
- Used, damaged, or tampered items
- International orders
- Products returned without original packaging
We also do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordered by mistake
- Personal preference issues
- Energy expectations not met
- Minor natural variations in crystals/stones
Natural crystals are unique and no two stones are exactly identical in appearance.
5. Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange or replacement:

Step 2: Verification Process
Our support team will verify your request within 2โ4 business days.
If approved, we will provide further instructions regarding reverse pickup or return shipping.
Step 3: Return Shipment
- Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on service availability.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product.
- Customers should pack the product safely to avoid transit damage.
Crystalsutraa is not responsible for products damaged or lost during return transit.
6. Exchange Conditions
Products eligible for exchange must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original box, certificates, invoices, and accessories
- Be properly packed for return shipping
Any used, damaged, or incomplete product will be rejected after inspection.
7. Replacement Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Replacement product will be dispatched within 5โ7 business days
- If the same product is unavailable, store credit or alternate product options may be offered
- Replacement approval depends upon physical verification by our quality team
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following situations:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after order placement
- Approved return request where replacement is not possible
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, convenience fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

10. Bracelet & Ring Size Policy
Customers are advised to check sizing carefully before placing orders.
As most bracelets, rings, and spiritual jewelry are handcrafted or customized:
- Exchanges due to incorrect size selection may not be accepted.
- In special cases, resizing may be possible at additional shipping and service charges.
- Customers will bear both-side shipping expenses for resizing requests.
11. International Orders
For all international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or any country-specific charges are payable by the customer/client.
- Crystalsutraa is not responsible for customs delays, customs clearance issues, or additional import charges imposed by the destination country.
- International orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
If an international order arrives damaged:
- Proper uninterrupted unboxing video evidence is mandatory.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement approval will depend on verification by our support team.
12. Damaged Package Handling
If the outer parcel appears tampered, damaged, or opened:
- Customers are advised to record the package condition immediately.
- Refuse delivery if package condition appears severely compromised.
- Notify our support team immediately with photographs/videos.
